Montcrest's admission process involves the steps below:

• Individual student visits are scheduled between January and the March Break.
• Applicants for JK,and SK and  Grades 2 to  6 visit the appropriate classroom for up to half a day.
• Students applying to Grade 1 are scheduled to visit in small groups.

Grade Seven applicants can reserve an  assessment and interview on the following dates:

1. Thursday, January 14    9:00 - 11:45 a.m.
2. Thursday, January 28    9:00 - 11:45 a.m.

How To Apply

• Complete and submit the application form with the non-refundable application fee of $100.00.
  Please include a recent photograph of your child.
• You may download an application to send in with the required documents.
• Enclose copies of final school reports for the previous two years including any reports from the current year, and copies of any psyco-eductional assessments.
• To arrange a parent tour and interview, please call the Admissions Office

Student Visits

• Once the application form is received we will contact you to arrange a school visit for your child. (JK-6)
• Visits are scheduled for part of a morning or afternoon, January through March. (JK to Grade 6)
• Grade 7 applicants (see below).

Acceptance Criteria

• Availablity of space.
• Balance of classes with boys and girls.
• Sibling placement.
• Compatibility.

Entry Years

• JK, Grade One and Grade Seven.
• As space becomes available in other grades
