We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and highly personable Director of Admissions who relishes the opportunity to embrace all that Montcrest has to offer and leverage this exceptional educational experience to draw new families to our school community. The Director of Admissions reports to the Head of School and is a member of the Senior Administrative Team (SAT). Leading two others, and working collaboratively with the faculty and staff, the Director of Admissions is accountable for managing the overall admissions function.
We are seeking a caring and committed professional to serve as our School Social Worker who will proactively educate and continue to build capacity among faculty, staff, students and parents to enhance social and emotional well-being while also providing direct counselling support and/or referrals to external resources. The Student Counsellor reports to the Assistant Head, Student Life and works collaboratively with the faculty and staff in support of the entire Montcrest school community.
We are seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to begin with us in August 2018 who will proactively guide and continue to build capacity among faculty to enhance and support the development and implementation of the curriculum vision of the school. The Curriculum Coordinator reports to and works closely with the Assistant Head, Teaching and Learning and works collaboratively with the faculty.
In September, 2018, Montcrest is excited to open a K-8 Makerspace. A maker and STEAM approach to teaching and learning is currently embedded in our classrooms and this space will further support maker and STEAM initiatives. We are seeking a Makerspace, Technology, and Innovation Coordinator to begin with us in August, 2018. The successful candidate will oversee our Makerspace and support student learning, understanding, and engagement through maker and STEAM activities. This position reports to the Assistant Head, Teaching and Learning and works collaboratively with the faculty.
